Yes, we do major remodeling. Grand Renovations will work on major remodeling projects in the DC Metropolitan area. We work on large and small projects with custom designs for each customer 

The best time to start a project is when you are ready. 

For indoor projects such as bathroom, kitchen, or general remodeling services, any time of the year works. Weather could be a factor in materials being delivered but the work will still be in progress.

For outdoor projects, such as siding, additions, home builds, decks and such, preferably would be between the months of March and October. 

Once you have reviewed our estimates and a contract has been signed, our team will schedule a date that is most convenient for you. Our scheduling team will work with you to ensure the start date is set

Depends on the size of the project. 

For smaller projects, you can stay at home since our team will keep our area of work clean and free of hazards with the caution needed. 

For bigger project, it is up to your comfort if you decide to stay. Most of the times, it is not necessary to leave your home.
